How long does production take?

Each piece is hand-made to order in our Montréal studio. Standard production time is 6–8 weeks from order confirmation. Custom designs may take longer — we will confirm timing before production begins.

Can I customize fabric, size, and finish?

Absolutely. Every piece is fully customizable. Choose from our curated fabric library, request a different colour, or specify your own dimensions. Order free fabric swatches before you commit.

Do you offer fabric swatches?

Yes — we send free fabric swatches anywhere in Canada and the US. Request swatches from any product page or our Fabric Library.

Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada and the United States. Local delivery in Montréal is white-glove. See our Shipping page for full details.

What is your return policy?

Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns. We work closely with each client to confirm fabric, size, and details before production. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for resolution.

Do you offer trade pricing?

Yes — we have a dedicated Trade Program for designers, architects, and developers. Visit our Trade page to apply.

How do I care for my upholstery?

Care depends on the fabric you select. We include care instructions with every order. Generally, vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment and address spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth.

Can I see pieces in person?

Our Montréal showroom is coming soon. In the meantime, contact us to schedule a virtual consultation or request samples.
