Our Promise

Every Sidra X Designs piece is hand-made in Montréal using premium hardwood frames, high-resilience foam, and durable fabrics. We stand behind our craftsmanship — if anything fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it.

Coverage

• Frame & Construction — 5-year warranty against structural defects.
• Cushion Inserts — 2-year warranty against premature loss of resilience.
• Upholstery & Stitching — 1-year warranty against workmanship defects.

Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Normal wear, fabric fading, and damage from misuse are not covered.

Care Instructions

• Vacuum upholstery weekly with a soft brush attachment.
• Rotate and fluff cushions regularly to maintain shape.
• Address spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry cloth — never rub.
• Keep furniture out of direct sunlight to prevent fabric fading.
• For deeper cleaning, consult the care card included with your order or contact us.

Filing a Claim

To file a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
