Production Time

Every Sidra X Designs piece is hand-made to order in our Montréal studio. Standard production time is 6–8 weeks from order confirmation. Custom designs and large commercial orders may require additional time — we will confirm your timeline in writing before production begins.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to the following regions:

• Montréal & Surrounding Areas — White-glove delivery, in-home placement included.
• Canada — Curbside delivery via vetted freight partners.
• United States — Curbside freight delivery available on request.
• International — Available for trade and commercial orders. Contact us for a quote.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, item size, and service level. For large or fragile pieces, we may follow up with a personalized white-glove quote to ensure safe arrival.

White-Glove Service

Our white-glove service includes scheduled delivery, in-home placement, unboxing, and removal of all packaging. Available in Montréal and selected metro areas — please ask at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and we will resolve the issue promptly.
