Consultation
We start with a conversation — your space, your style, your needs. We can work from photos, floor plans, or simply a description of what you have in mind.
Design & Quote
We propose dimensions, fabric options, and finishes. You receive a detailed quote within 48 hours. No surprises.
Fabric Selection
Choose from our full fabric library — bouclé, velvet, linen, and more. We send physical samples to your home if needed.
Production
Your piece goes into production in our Montréal workshop. 6–8 weeks for most items. We keep you updated along the way.
Quality Control
Every piece is inspected before it leaves our workshop. We photograph it for your records and send you a preview.
Delivery
White-glove delivery and setup in your home. We take care of everything, including removing packaging.
